Bright Nights Christmas Train

This Christmas we were able to go on the Stanley Park mini train for Bright Nights!
*Tickets Please*
It was quite a site to see as you walked up! This picture doesn't even do justice for how it looked! It was amazing :)
As soon as you walked through the entrance there were lights and displays everywhere....
Grandma and Grandpa Ravert came with us!
"You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch"
This display was really neat...Joshua has really been into "cookie guys" this year! He was very excited to see this gingerbread house and "cookie guys"!!!
Like usual here in Vancouver, it was raining, so we were all bundled up! I think that Matthew was the warmest ;) he loved looking at all the lights. If he wasn't all wrapped up, he would be pointing at everything that he saw saying, "oh!"
There were thousands of lights! All the trees were wrapped, lights on the displays, lights on fences, lights on everything! It was amazing to see! It felt light Christmas, even though it was raining!
'Stanley Park Junction' our station!
Some classic Christmas movie characters: Frosty, Rudolph, Year without a Santa Clause
Waiting to board the train...
us waiting for the train (Matthew was in the stroller bundled up all warm so I didn't want to get him out just for this quick picture...also explains our faces ;p)
Joshua could see the trains from here, so he was very excited for his turn!
Our train!!!! "All aboard!!!"
Matthew sat with Grandpa and Grandma

This was a chalk tunnel that we went through
This...well, isn't a great picture, but I put it up so I would remember to tell you about it :) At the end of the chalk tunnel was an amazing sight! I was told to be ready to be in awe when I came out of the 'tunnel.' I WAS!! It was so beautiful! There was water on both sides of the train, lights everywhere, it was gorgeous with the lights reflecting off the water!
some displays we saw while riding the train (sorry they are a bit blurry, we were moving)

It was such a fun time! They had Christmas music playing that went with each different section! We will definitely go again next year....maybe it won't be raining and even better maybe it will be snowing!!!!! ;) we will have to pray about that one!!!!
