It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!!!

Christmas is our favorite time of the year! Snow, Christmas carols/songs, nativity scences, decorations, specialty holiday drinks from Starbucks :D, lights, Christmas trees, shopping (well for me), baking, sugar cookies....the list goes on! We love this time of the year!

Last night, Melissa and I braved the craziness of Black Friday shopping again.... we LOVE it :) It gets crazy, and yes, there are those who even fight over 'bedsheets'!! Yes, I said bedsheets :) it was hilarious! Ladies were getting so defensive over bedsheets lol! We both were able to grab pretty much all we had on our lists, the only thing I didn't manage to grab was a set of frames, which turned out to be OK anyways, because they weren't as nice as I thought they were going to be. We both grabbed the important stuff ;D Tonight, we are getting our TREE!!!!! Picking our our tree has always been a very special time for Nathan and I! We love it, and now Joshua LOVES it, and probably next year Matthew will LOVE it (when he gets whats going on;})!

Yes, I have some decorations up!!!!!!!! I started on Monday night, but didn't get very far. Then I did our mantel on Tuesday! I love decorating our fireplace! It is so pretty!

It looks better when it is dark and you can see the lights and all the decorations sparkling!! ...even better when there is a fire too!

Its November! Well, I lost my SD card for my camera for a couple of weeks so, my November photo folder is pretty skimpy. I will try to get more in the next few days. The boys are both getting big and still LOVE to play together! Matthew is so close to crawling! When he starts I know he is going to be into everything. He is very, very curious! He cut his first tooth last night!!!! Finally! It has been interrupting his sleep for the last couple of weeks, maybe he will get some relief before the next ones come...?!?!?

We had our first SNOWFALL!!!!! Last week we were on our way to enjoy dinner (with a gift card I received for my birthday) and it started snowing. First, we heard it said on the radio that this was our first snowfall of the year...Nathan and I looked at each other and said, "where is it?" Then the longer we drove, the rain turned into snow and the snow flakes got bigger and bigger!! It was perfect! The snow was beautiful! Joshua was just as excited as Nathan and I to see the snow! When we got the the restaurant we asked if we could have a window table to watch the snow, but because we needed a highchair for Matthew we couldn't have a window table. We actually had a nice table anyways! We were just across from the window and could watch the snow fall! We actually had a little stay for the night too! Other got more than us, but we were happy enough just to SEE the snow! Joshua jumped around the house for a couple hours after we got home saying, "Its snowning, its snowning!!!!!" It was cute! I tried to get a movie of him, but when he saw the video camera he went all shy :)

We will be getting our Christmas Tree soon, so Ill be sure and take a lot of pictures then :) I will post them too!

Only 32 more sleeps until Christmas!!!!

I have many more pictures to share with everyone, but you will have to hang on for a while (hopefully not much longer), I lost my SD card from my camera :( I need it for more than one reason too! I need it first of all to take more pictures, and secondly to be able to post them after I take them, lastly, we are going to be getting our Christmas tree very soon! If you think of it, pray that I find it soon!!!!

"Like Pooh Like Joshua"....

I took the boys to Wal-mart (a regular outing) to look at the toys while Daddy had to go out somewhere else. First we went to McDonalds so I could get my free coffee, and then we headed to the seasonal section to see if they were getting anymore Christmas stuff out....they were!!! Tomorrow (maybe) we will be able to go and look at all the Christmas stuff!!!!!! Joshua and I are both very excited! Anyways, then we headed to the toy section...Joshua and Matthew love to just look at all the toys, and try all the toys :) then we head home. This time, Joshua found Whinnie the Pooh and you know the rest from there! :) He has been quite the little monkey lately!

We LOVE Thomas the Tank Engine!!

Joshua has always really loved Thomas the Tank Engine....

now Matthew is following in his big brothers foot steps! ;D

Whenever Joshua pulls out his trains, Matthew tries to get right into the action!!! Normally, Matthew destroys all that Joshua has set up, but Joshua doesn't mind...he just loves the fact that Matthew is playing trains with him!

We LOVE Thomas the Tank Engine!!!!!

I know I say it all the time, but these brothers are inseparable! They just love to play together! All Joshua has to do is walk in the room and ALL of Matthew's attention is of Joshua...and he laughs at him no matter if Joshua is even paying attention to him :) it so cute!
